Another dimension
In beautiful Mosjøen in Northern Norway, aluminum is produced. A 2017 project has been expanded from analyses in 2D only to measurements in 3D, enabling the facility to meet new production requirements in the future.
Occur or be preempted
In an older project at one of our customers, the existing camera technology had become outdated. In the event of a hardware failure, any downtime would have been significant. Our software was adapted to a new yellow camera to continue verifying the marking of steel beams, thereby future-proofing this part of the process.
Thin wood
Småland ingenuity delivers great customer value with automation. At a long-standing customer, we have assisted with the sorting and inspection of thin wood veneers. A smart camera inspects and guides, while a robot picks and sorts for further processing.
Cameras inspecting cameras
Glue in the right amount and in the right place is crucial in this application. We provide smart cameras to inspect quality after the assembly of vehicle cameras.
Steel
We have replaced an older system for measuring materials in a steel production facility.
Pressure assistance
We have been entrusted once again to deliver another vision system, customized to guide pressing in the production of folding rulers.
Final inspection with vision
At Elfverson in Påryd, wood has been turned for nearly a century and a half. We are honored to have them as a new customer and to deliver a vision system for inspecting wooden caps for bottles. Modern technology, with both area cameras and 3D scanning, gets the job done!
Automated inspection
Hos Gnosjö Automatsvarvning svarvar man med precision. I ett lite större projekt har vi fått uppgradera visionsystemen i en helautomatisk sorteringsmaskin. Först robotguidning, och sedan avsyning i både 2D och 3D för att sortera bort eventuella detaljer med ytdefekter, rester av spån eller felaktiga mått.
